Thomas O'Brien

Winner of the Design et Al Interior design and architecture lighting award for his iconic Osiris chandelier. Not only did Thomas O’Brien fly around the world in a Concorde in the 90s with Mr Ralph Lauren while designing Mr Ralph Lauren’s homes, but Thomas O’Brien’s pieces have also featured on the big screen, namely in James Bond and Killing Eve. The Longacre floor lamp in polished nickel made an appearance in M’s apartment. It was a pleasure for lumière’s founder Melissa to meet Thomas O’Brien at Highpoint Design Trade show in North Carolina, USA. Thomas O’Brien walked Melissa through his new collection and Melissa spotted the Turlington chandelier which Melissa instantly knew was the perfect piece for the Man with a Hammer’s kitchen project she was working on.
